According to the subtitles, my best shot:
ReplyDelete[Gira] in these days on the internet a poem
I received it from a girl that I knew/met 50 years ago
I was happily in love with her when I was 14
we do not [for each other] have [quasi] feelings from then
the poem is very beautiful and let's read it:
And the people stay at home
and [lesse] books and I listen and rest and do exercise and make art and play
and I learn new ways to be and [si fermo'], and I listen more in depth
someone meditated, someone [pregava], someone danced
someone [incontro'] his/her own shadow
the people began to think in a different way
it is the [guari'] people
and [nell'assenza] of people that live in ignorant ways,
dangerous, without sense and without care
the earth too began to [guarire]
and when the danger ended
and the people returned
they hurt[?] for the deaths and made new [scelte] and dreamed new visions
and created new ways of life and [guarirono] completely the earth
such like they were [guariti]
...we hope.
